Sometimes we get things wrong or the service may be not what you were expecting. 

However, we take our complaints very seriously and it allows us as a business to learn.  

Once you have registered a complaint with Clear Start Accountants, we then have 8 weeks to resolve your complaint.

We may attempt to contact you via email, telephone or in writing to obtain further information regarding your complaint. 

Once you complete the below form you will be assigned a dedicated complaints handler who will investigate and discuss the complaint you have.
