What if I already have a service with Clear Start?
If you have an accountancy product already with Clear Start Accountants then we can potentially reduce your fee for any additional service you take with us.
Do I have to use Open Banking?
No. However it will make the full process of preparing your accounts much easier and smoother.
I don't know what service I require?
Don’t worry. That’s what we are here for. Just give us a call on 0161 518 6795 and speak with one of our advisors and discuss your current circumstances and we will find the product for you.
Can I cancel my product at any time?
All we require is 30 days notice in either email, phone or letter and any fees due within that time will be liable.
What are my payment options?
We understand that businesses are at different stages to other. We offer fully flexible payment plans to businesses or individuals that require them.
I don't know my username and password for the app?
You can reset your password via the online portal which you can log in via the website at the top right. If you are still struggling please call 0161 518 6795 and press option 2.
